The essence of Old Market is trade, or at least it was. Still now, with many mistakes being made who have disrupted hundreds of years of history, in Old Market there is a great number of specialised traders who deal in windsurfs, cash machines, wholesale ironmongery, guitars…
Unfortunately many shops are empty, but there is a great project, led by Destination Bristol, to improve the retail sector in Old Market. If you are interested in working in the area please contact Eva Stuetzenberger
